Jeter has been a model of consistency since he arrived to the majors in 1995. It's hard to believe with all the Yankee greats, Jeter is the all-time hits leaders.

Jeter finished his career in 2014 with 3465 hits... Putting him 6th ALL TIME!! With his FIVE World Series rings, Jeter is one of the all time greats in Yankees history. Jeter came within one vote short of unanimous selection and joining teammate Mariano Rivera in the Hall of Fame in 2020. Only 35 copies of this 3000th hit issue were encased and in uncirculated condition from Sports Illustrated.

This super rare item comes direct from Sports Illustrated, and slabbed by Beckett Grading Service and was an instant sell-out. If you haven't seen the actual cover, the photograph captures the baseball leaving Jeter's bat and headed into the left field stands for Jeter's 3,000th career hit!
